Handheld Leak Detector
DESCRIPTION:
The Ultrasonic Leak Detector is the most advanced hand-held leak
detector on the market today. Using the latest in sub-sonic detection
technology, it can be used to locate any pin holes while performing
vacuum integrity tests during your resin infusion and/or vacuum bagging
operations. This battery operated compact model uses ultrasonic
detection technology to accurately pinpoint any small holes during a
vacuum integrity test. Use the included headphones to block out ambient
noise along with the LED indicator to accurately pinpoint a damaging
leak. Our leak detector also features 3 sensitivity settings to
optimize functionality.
APPLICATION:
If a vacuum loss is noted during leak check, use the leak detector
fitted with the extension tube andparabolic amplifier and sweep the
edges of the part. Carefully check the sealed edges, vacuum port and
other areas susceptible to leaks. If no leaks are detected in the high
risk areas, methodically sweep the surface of the part.
