Silicone Coated Skived PTFE Tape
DESCRIPTION:
6655-02 Tape is produced from a skived, highly tensilized PTFE film and coated with a high temperature orange silicone adhesive. This highly tensilized film provides the highest tensile strength, toughness and heat resistance of any Northern PTFE PS Tape.
APPLICATION:
6655-02 Tape is designed for applications in the composites industry. The orange pigmentation makes the tape highly visible against molded tooling and component surfaces. 6655-02 Tape has the same excellent release characteristics and heat resistance as Northern’s other PTFE PS Tapes.
