IMPRESSION SET

Description

IMPRESSION SET is a 0.012″ thick vinyl based thermoplastic film designed to accept the impression of metallic and non-metallic details during the pre-fit process. IMPRESSION SET can be used on face sheets, foam, and honeycomb cores. IMPRESSION SET is especially useful where the fit cannot be verified visually.

Application

IMPRESSION SET is applied in the same way as the adhesive film in the final assembly so mimicking the bond line. The hardened IMPRESSION SET can then be inspected to ensure the details are correctly fitted.
IMPRESSION SET can be processed from 150F (65C) up to 200F (93C) with minimal pressure.
