DESCRIPTION:
A-8888 is a porous nylon release ply with an inert heat stabilized, cross-linked polymer finish.
A-8888 imprints a coarse weave pattern upon removal from the laminate.
APPLICATION:
A-8888 is recommended for composite manufacture and metal bonding applications. A-8888 has excellent drape and is easily removed from most commercial resin systems. A-8888 is not
recommended with the use of phenolic systems and customers are recommended to conduct
their own internal testing to verify product compatability.
Components to be bonded or painted should be prepared to remove any minor transfer of finish.
