Dick Hewett’s experience includes composite tooling, fabrication and process technology. He is a graduate of Bristol University where his major was mechanical engineering. He has 25 years experience in tooling, metal bonding and composite processing. Dick has been with Northern since 1994.

Brent King graduated from the University of South Florida with a BS in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Physics. His experience includes Material and Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Materials Testing, Composites Tooling, Material Selection, Processing, Adhesives and Surface Treatments. He has helped in the development of novel tooling approaches and processing techniques for Advanced Composites. Brent joined Northern Composites in 2012 from the Aerospace Industry.

Courtney has a Business Management background and worked as a Customer Service Manager prior to joining Northern Composites in 2010. While working as a Customer Account Representative at Northern, Courtney also trained in sales and became a Technical Sales Representative in July 2015. She is also Northern’s aerospace adhesives manager. Courtney is based out of out the Hampton, NH facility.

Alex grew up around the aerospace industry in southern California. His father was CEO of Richmond Aircraft Products out of Santa Fe Springs, CA. Alex admired his father’s work in the industry in addition to developing a deep interest of the industry he would one day join.

Allen graduated from the NC State University BS in Chemical Engineering and also Wake Forest University with a MBA.
